Thread: GNR(I) SG2 Locomotive.

    GNR(I) SG2 Locomotive.

    I've been struggling away building my first brass kit locomotive this past 2 months. With some outside help and advice I've got to this stage which leaves all the fiddly bits to finish.

    Looks great so far Kirley! The details can be tricky, but just take your time, and don't let them get to close to the soldering iron!
    Bigger is Better(But there are many exceptions!)

    Just look at the power contained in that front end. He's really got it right.

    +1. He really captured the (often overlooked) elegant look if the SG class.

    Maybe if your talking about the SG3 class! They were absolute powerhouses!
